 The Ugandan baby who was tortured by a maid and her parents met with Uganda's Inspector General of Police, Kale Kayihura, today November 24th where the IGP promised that baby Arnella will get justice. See more photos from the visit after the cut..

It's not a bad idea for parents to put cameras at their homes to monitor people taking care of their kids...just to see what they get up to when they are not around.
